Refund and Returns Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

All exchanges are free and there are no additional shipping charges. We will email you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience for the exchange product(s) and complete the exchange process within 3-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive your returned product, and send you a confirmation email that the return has been completed. There will be a $14.95 deduction from your refund due to the credit card transaction fees. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card or PayPal used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Please note that in order to process a refund, the product being returned must be in original condition and unworn since it can not be shipped to another client due to the current corona virus pandemic concerns as well as possible deodorant smell, wear mark wrinkles, hair or make up residuals. There is absolutely no exception to this rule and no refund will be processed.The shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the client. We provide pre-paid labels only for exchanges.

Please Ship Your Return and contact us at info@trendallstar.com or +1 647-781-8726 to obtain a return/exchange authorization number. After your return/exchange is authorized, we will provide you with an RA#. We will not accept any packages to our warehouse without an RA# (Return Authorization), such shipments automatically will be refused and shipped back to the shipper at their cost.
You can then:
Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. Pack your return securely ( in the original package if possible).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@trendallstar.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
